Remind yourself that whenever you look at that object, you’ll be reminded of that positive message about yourself.

* Select the words you adopt for yourself purposefully. Words have a potent hold on how we feel and think about ourselves and others. Words can hurt, erode, and injure. Words can also motivate, empower, recover. Select words, when you ponder about yourself, that are positive, kind, and harmonious.
