People today get ill, injured, and have issues about their well being, therefore nursing has always been around , and all know a least one one nurse .  For myself it is my mother, as well as other family friends.  Nursing is a job that is an absolute requirement in our world, and we wouldn’t survive without.  There is almost always a scarcity on nurses; therefore they are always working extended and difficult hours.  I know this because my mom works a lot of insane hours. 

 

Nurses are such a requirement to our planet , we should honor them for their the work they do .  There are many methods to do this, but one of the finest ways that I have found is with a simple gift.  I usally include a note with the gift to explain my thankfullness .  I know that I have done this a few times with my mother and it gives her work even more meaning always . 

 

For a nurse the gift needs to be practical, and the greatest gift that I have found for a nurse are scrubs.  Nurse’s literally have to wear them every time they go to work .  Scrubs are the uniforms for nurses.  Because nurses have lots of work and insane hours they don’t usally have time for things like laundry , so having lots of scrubs is a good thing.  I don’t know a nurse that has too many scrubs!   The really Awesome thing about scrubs are that there are so many different styles, and they let the nurse express themselves and their individuality . 

 

So because scrubs often tell you a little bit about the nurses’ personality, it’s a ton of fun purchasing for them!  Over the years I have gotten my mom a ton of different scrubs.  I have gotten her basic colors, holidays, seasons, and cartoon scrubs.  She has cherished all of them and always responds with, ” I love having so many diffrent scrubs !”.  recently she has been watching a lot of Grey’s Anatomy, so I identified a place where they actually carry those scrubs to obtain.  She will be so excited to wear them!

 

Nurses are a very important part of our community and we should honor them for their hard work .  And really exciting way to do that is by purchasing them scrubs!  So go love a nurse today!
