No matter what it is that you want to be able to achieve or accomplish in your life,  there are going to be barriers or obstacles.  There is no real way to get around facing them.  But,  what can you do so that you face them and get past them and on to the success that you would like to experience?

1.  Eliminate the fear of facing them.  Most people would rather turn around and run in the other direction when they face a setback or they face a situation that seems to be holding them back.  When you are able to eliminate the fears that you have,  then you will be able to focus on what you need to do.

2.  Concentrate on your goals.  Keep your mind focused on the outcome that you desire and realize that as long as you move forward,  you are getting closer to achieving them.  Know that no matter what,  a step forward is much better than a step backwards.

3.  Keep yourself energized.  It’s very easy to let a barrier,  an obstacle or a setback to drain you both physically and emotionally.  Keep yourself charged.  Eat well,  sleep well,  and mix in a little exercise and laughter.  This will help to keep you from succumbing to that drained feeling and deciding to give up.
